In order to better respond to the relevant provisions and requirements of the law of the Provincial Department of justice on the implementation of the law of the province on the evaluation of the quality of lawyers' files, further strengthen the supervision and guidance of lawyers' professional activities, standardize professional behaviors, and improve service quality, Zibo Branch held a working meeting on improving the quality of lawyers' files on July 5, 2013.

Lawyer liuzhaoqing, executive director of the branch, described in detail the quality evaluation standard of the case file. The first part, binding and filing, mainly includes the date of undertaking, storage period, number and other standards. The second part, file materials, this part mainly includes comprehensive evaluation items and classified evaluation items. Classification mainly refers to civil files, criminal files, legal counsel files and other non litigation legal affairs files. The third part is the quality of handling cases. The evaluation items in this part are indictments, case records, evidence collection and proxy words. Each item has its own requirements.

The requirement of this meeting is to hope that the staff of the Institute will strive to learn and understand the requirements of the Provincial Department of justice and the Municipal Bureau of justice for our work, carefully analyze their own actual situation, and continue to improve and perfect from the current situation, so as to effectively improve the quality of files and make the management level of the Institute reach a new level.
