Shandong Borui (Zibo) law firm is a municipal law firm. "Borui" means "erudite and thoughtful, and law is supreme". Based on this concept, we conducted pre job training for three lawyers who are about to practice on july3,2013, striving to cultivate more talents and make our legal services more advanced and comprehensive.
Our training principles:
First of all, the trainee lawyer needs to use the one-year internship period to feel the rhythm of the lawyer profession, which is more important than the specific case handling;
Secondly, trainee lawyers need to accumulate their future clients during the internship period of this year;
Moreover, we should have the enthusiasm to be a lawyer, so that we can really go to the post of a lawyer;
Finally, the trainee lawyer implements the independent time process system, that is, each person's development stage may not be completely consistent, which depends on personal planning and the process of issuing evidence.
On the premise of adhering to the above principles, the trainee lawyers are trained in four stages, each of which is three months. The first stage is to learn to sort out files and understand the specific case handling process; The second stage is to complete some basic affairs assigned by the Institute and arrange business training; The third stage is to complete the auxiliary business assigned by the director and the practicing lawyer and follow up the whole process; In the fourth stage, trainee lawyers are encouraged to undertake the source of cases independently, but they need professional guidance from practicing lawyers and prepare for written examinations and interviews.
At the same time, Borui has also formulated the post responsibilities and assessment standards for trainee lawyers. It is expected that trainee lawyers can better supervise and exercise themselves in the coming year, so as to develop themselves and realize their life value.

How lawyers handle major and difficult lawsuits?
Like the wildebeests with the desire to migrate,
Like the camels with the will to cross the desert,
Like the King Cobras with the confidence to capture its prey,
Like the crocodiles with the patience to wait,
Like the lions with the sense of cooperation,
Like the outstanding lawyers.
