Job descriptions

1. Solving various Civil and Commercial litigation cases, arbitration and disputes;

2. Analysing the cases, clarifying the legal relationship and controlling the direction of the lawsuit;

3. Formulating litigation plan and strategy based on the court`s judgement opinion;

4. Drafting litigation documents, legal instruments, etc., and attending court defense;

5. Organizing the case documents, and collecting evidence;
