On December 6, director Li of the headquarters of the Institute convened and presided over a business seminar. Lawyers such as Du Yueyue, Wang Shu, Yaohong, Yanfang, liuxiyan, Wumin, Zhao Wei, WANGZHIZHONG, Zhao Liang and Wang Li attended the seminar.

The meeting mainly discussed and explored relevant legal issues arising from the performance of bank loan contracts and guarantee contracts. At the meeting, all lawyers spoke freely, expressed their views and exchanged work experience with each other, which provided valuable opinions for our work in the future. Before the end of the meeting, director Li issued the following notice on the scientific improvement and upgrading of the business discussion system: on the basis of the original difficult cases, special exchanges, new law learning and judge training were added.
