The profession seminar was successfully held by Shandong Borui Law Firm on Jan. 13, 2012..

The profession seminar was held as scheduled. The seminar was held at the Conference Room on the 4th Floor, presided over by Lawyer Li Jianjun, and attended by Lawyers Hu Xiaohua, Xu Yong, Chen Xinjiang, You Fei, Sun Zongyi and other trainee lawyers. A matter of social issue was taken as the cause of action in the form of mock court, and the Public Prosecution, Defense and Comment seats were set up. Prosecution and Defense expressed their own views and debated. After the hotly debate, several lawyers had made comments, the mock trial achieved a good result.

We do appreciate for all the lawyers who have spared their own time to communicate with us, so that trainee lawyers had such a good opportunity to learn, especially the lack of criminal defense of trainee lawyers, who had truly recognized the difference between criminal practice and civil practice at the mock court, and had learned many skills of criminal practice.
