According to the arrangement of Shandong Lawyers Association, Jinan Lawyers Association held the centralized training course for 2011 trainee lawyers at ‘Shandong Metallurgical Hotel’ on Jan. 14, 2012. After participating in this centralized training and passing the examination, a training certificate would be issued, which was a necessary material for applying the Lawyer’s License.
The training contents include: Interpretation of the <Lawyers Law>, Lawyers' Practice Philosophy, Professional Ethics and Practice Discipline, Criminal Defense Practice, Civil Legal Practice, Lawyers' Practice Risk Prevention, Company Legal Practice, etc. The trainee Lawyers shall prepare<The Code of Professional Ethics and Discipline for Lawyers>,<The Basic Quality of Lawyers> and <The Basic Skills of Lawyers' Practice (Volume I and II) >, which were compiled and printed by All China Lawyers Association, shall be included in the scope of the examinations.
Five trainee lawyers from Borui Law Firm participated in it, including Song Yifan, Xiang Quanyong, Wang Xuezhen, Gao Yiduo and Cai Suomin.
