Shunli Zhang, was engaged in pre-trial work at Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau No. 7 after graduating from China University of Political Science and Law in 1985 with a bachelor degree of law. Zhang passed PRC bar examination in 1995 and started his lawyer career from 1996. Zhang once worked in Beijing Mo Shao Ping law firm and Beijing Ri Sheng law firm, and set up Beijing Jian Qiang law firm in 2010. Zhang is the main founding partner of Beijing Jian Qiang law firm (the current Beijing Bo Yue Rui Law Firm).
