On April 19, director Zhengyi of our office participated in the trademark agency training for lawyers of the National Lawyers Association in Beijing Zhongyuan hotel. The training lasted for 3 days.

On April 19, at the training opening ceremony, wangjunfeng, President of the all China Lawyers Association, delivered a speech, and zhaodacheng, Vice Minister of the Ministry of justice, made an important speech. Later, Duchun, director of the attorney notarization guidance department of the Ministry of justice, described the background and main contents of the administrative measures for law firms engaging in trademark agency business; Lvzhihua, deputy director of the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and commerce, gave a lecture on the booming Chinese trademark industry; Yangjianyu, deputy director of the application division of the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and commerce, gave a lecture on trademark application guidelines; Fuyongjun, deputy director of the renewal Office of the State Administration for Industry and commerce, gave a lecture on the basic knowledge and requirements of trademark change, transfer and renewal; Liuyanfeng, a lawyer from Beijing Tianchi Hongfan law firm, gave a lecture on lawyer's trademark application and other business agency skills.

On April 20, duanxiaomei, director of the application division of the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the State Administration for Industry and commerce, described the basic knowledge and procedural requirements of trademark review cases; Zhangxiaolei, director of the opposition Department of the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and commerce, gave a lecture on the trademark opposition system; Chen Kui, director of the seventh examination division of the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and commerce, gave a lecture on the substantive examination of trademarks; Liuxiaofei, a lawyer from Beijing Guolian law firm, gave a lecture on the agency skills of lawyers' trademark objection and review business.

On April 21, Jiang Ying, vice president of the intellectual property division of the first intermediate people's Court of Beijing, gave a lecture on the judicial review of trademark authorization and confirmation cases; Ma Xiang, executive member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the National Lawyers Association, gave a lecture on the lawyer's business skills in trademark administrative authorization and litigation agency.

Director Zheng said that he was very honored to participate in this lawyer trademark agency business training and benefited a lot from the courses carefully prepared by leaders and experts. After returning to the Institute, director Zheng immediately convened lawyers to carry out special business meetings, organized everyone to learn the contents of this training, and asked everyone to learn more about trademark agency related businesses, so as to lay a solid foundation for customers to do a good job in trademark agency services.
