On April 1st, 2013, director Zheng, director Sun, and lawyer WANGZHIZHONG came to Zibo and held business consultations with Yiheng construction, Xinhua Pharmaceutical and Zibo commercial building group.

During the business talks with Chairman Liu and general manager Liu of Yiheng construction, director Zheng carefully analyzed the current litigation disputes encountered by the company, and put forward constructive opinions and solutions for Yiheng construction. The top management of the company was impressed by director Zheng's professionalism and adept legal professional level, so we preliminarily decided to take the office as its legal adviser, and authorized us to further investigate specific cases.

After consulting with the senior executives of Xinhua Pharmaceutical on specific cases, director Zheng came to Zibo commercial building group (the group has three sections: remote automobile trade, tourism and commercial building stock company), and had a preliminary communication with Mr. Wang LiangFang, the chairman of the commercial building. He learned that the commercial building group has set up a legal department and cooperated with a law firm. Director Zheng told him about the successful cases of Borui in the field of intellectual property. Chairman Wang said that he would deepen communication with the Institute in the future with a view to further sincere cooperation.
