On February 28, director Guo and director Sun accompanied director Zhengyi to Sun Village, Xintai to visit niubaowei, director of Sun Village, who is currently a deputy to the 12th National People's Congress.
Director Niu joined the work in June, 1972, and successively served as the leader of the third production team of Sun Village, the head of Sun Village Forest Farm, the director of Sun Village Committee, deputy secretary of the general Party branch and director of the neighborhood committee, the Secretary of Sun Village Community Party committee and the general manager of Xinwen Industrial Company. He was elected as a deputy to the 11th and 12th National People's congresses, and successively won the honorary titles of "national model worker", "love ambassador to help the west", and "outstanding communist party member of Shandong Province".
