On January 12, the municipal lawyers' Association held a training course on judicial interpretation of the criminal procedure law in the auditorium of Shandong University of political science and law, and invited Supreme People's court judge zhoujiahai and Peking University Law School professor chenruihua to give lectures. Our lawyers huxiaohua, lijianjun, durenzhong, kongshufang, caisuomin, liuxiaolong, Zhao Wei, Wang Shu and Wu Min attended the training.

Judge zhoujiahai explained in detail the background, process and main contents of the formulation and promulgation of the judicial interpretation of the criminal procedure law, and explained the key issues that lawyers should pay attention to in their defense work. Professor chenruihua made a wonderful speech entitled "the new criminal procedure law and lawyers' sentencing defense", elaborated on the importance and positive significance of lawyers' doing a good job in defense and sentencing, and put forward many constructive suggestions.

Through this training, all lawyers of our institute have further mastered the relevant contents of the new criminal procedure law and sentencing defense, deepened their understanding, and improved their professional skills and service quality.
