Lubei coal reserve and distribution base is located in Qihe County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. The Beijing Shanghai railway, Han Ji railway, Beijing Fuzhou Expressway, Qingdao Yinchuan Expressway and Ji Liao expressway are crisscrossed in Qihe County, making transportation extremely convenient; The coal reserve and distribution base in northern Shandong relies on the strategic location advantages in northern and central Shandong, numerous coal consuming enterprises and convenient railway and highway transportation advantages; The project is invested and constructed by Linyi Mining Group. The first phase of the project is expected to invest 560million yuan, covering an area of 1000 mu. It has an independent dedicated railway line, with an annual operating capacity of 10million tons and a long-term planning of 20million tons. The company focuses on coal reserve, procurement and wholesale sales, supplemented by laboratory and technical consulting services, cargo stowage, information stowage and railway transportation receiving and dispatching services; Build a win-win logistics platform for coal suppliers, demanders, traders, railways and kilometers.
