On December 16, the Municipal Lawyers Association invited judges lixiangbo and hedongning of the Supreme People's court to hold a special training course on the new civil procedure law in the auditorium of Shandong University of political science and law. Our lawyers huxiaohua, lijianjun, caisuomin, Xiang Quanyong, gaoyiduo, Yanfang, liuxiyan, Wang Li and director Li Wei attended the training.
Judge lixiangbo made a detailed explanation on the background, content, understanding and application of the revision of the civil procedure law. Judge hedongning focused on the revision and application of the trial supervision procedure, and made a detailed explanation from the background, main characteristics, main contents of the revision of the trial supervision procedure of the civil procedure law, and the connection of the trial supervision part of the old and new civil procedure laws.
Through this training, all lawyers of our institute have further familiarized themselves with the relevant contents of the new civil procedure law, deepened their understanding, and improved their practicing skills and service quality.
