Director Zhengyi, master of law of Heilongjiang University, obtained the lawyer qualification certificate in September, 1996 and the lawyer practice certificate in July, 1998. Director Zhengyi has been practicing for more than 10 years since 1998. He has experienced hardships, setbacks and difficulties.
