At 2 o'clock this afternoon, our institute held a business seminar on time as usual.

This meeting was convened and presided over by lawyer songyifan. Lawyer guoshaofeng, lawyer sunzongyi, lawyer Xuyong, lawyer lijianjun, lawyer nijunhua, lawyer Guoqing and trainee lawyers xiangquanyong, gaoyiduo, wangxuezhen, liuxiyan, Wumin and Wu Jiali participated in the discussion. The main controversial points of the meeting were that in the third party infringement case, the court should add the infringer as a co defendant or a third party ex officio, and whether the ordering party in the processing contract said that the finished products did not meet the requirements constituted the crime of producing fake and shoddy products and other relevant legal issues. All of you expressed your views, exchanged and communicated with each other, so as to make the settlement of controversial issues clearer in the process of case litigation.
