On may24,2012, the "work of Shandong people's Congress" published a special report entitled "erudition and wisdom, law first ---------- about Shandong Borui law firm" in the column of "style record". This report describes in detail the Xinlu "law" process since the establishment of the Institute.

The four words "starting a business, becoming a butterfly, practicing for the people, and being virtuous to the best" describe the establishment, growth and expansion of the Institute in a concise but rich way, and show the bright development prospects of the Institute. In 2005, under the leadership of director Zhengyi, a group of young lawyers started a journey of striving for legal justice with passion. It was difficult at the beginning, but we took pains for pleasure. We soon received our first business. Then the work became more and more stable and standardized. With the increase of business volume, the work mode of our institute has shown its shortcomings. We have learned from our experience and formed a set of work systems with Borui characteristics - the business seminar system every Friday, the collective management system, and the old system leading the new system. The development has entered a new stage. At the same time, we never forget our social responsibilities, adhere to the principle of "practicing for the people and being virtuous to the best", overcome difficulties, solve difficult cases for the people, actively participate in legal services into the community, handle hundreds of legal aid cases, resolve a large number of social contradictions and solve practical problems for the people.

The high recognition given to me by the above work of Shandong people's Congress has encouraged me to continue to innovate and forge ahead and move towards a better future.
