At 10 a.m. on April 1, according to the usual practice, our lawyers held a business discussion in the conference room on the fourth floor.
The meeting was presided over by lawyer Xuyong and attended by lawyer guoshaofeng, lawyer lijianjun, lawyer chenxiyang, lawyer wangxiaoyun, lawyer nijunhua, and trainee lawyers wangxuezhen, gaoyiduo, liuxiyan, and caisuomin. The meeting mainly discussed the construction related issues in civil cases, such as the creditor's rights and debts arising from the affiliation of unqualified construction companies with qualified construction companies. We had a heated discussion on the real cases and learned a lot from the discussion.
