At the end of March, President Xia of Xinhua Pharmaceutical visited the Institute, and we extended a warm welcome. We renewed the perennial legal counsel contract with Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., and director Zhengyi served as the perennial legal counsel of the unit to provide perennial legal services. The predecessor of Xinhua Pharmaceutical is Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Factory established in Jiaodong Anti Japanese base in 1943. It is a key large pharmaceutical enterprise in China, the largest production and export base of antipyretic and analgesic drugs in Asia, and an important domestic manufacturer of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, anti infective and central nervous drugs. It has a high enterprise status and influence in China's chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The company is an H-share and A-share listed company. It is one of the top ten technological innovation enterprises in China's pharmaceutical industry and one of the top 50 in China's pharmaceutical industry. At present, it has 9 holding subsidiaries. "Xinhua brand" trademark is a well-known trademark in China and an export brand mainly cultivated and developed by the Ministry of Commerce.
