At 2:00 p.m. on February 17, according to the usual practice, our lawyers held a business discussion in the conference room on the fourth floor.
The meeting was presided over by lawyer chenxiyang, and attended by lawyer Xuyong, lawyer lijianjun, lawyer guoshaofeng, lawyer Xie Enjie, lawyer sunhaiyan, lawyer Dingbo and trainee lawyers wangxuezhen, gaoyiduo, liuxiyan, yangfenglan, caisuomin and Xiang Quanyong. The meeting mainly discussed issues related to contracts. Discuss how the contract should avoid risks and how to realize the best interests, including details such as inter-company borrowing funds and contract subjects. We discussed the real cases and learned a lot from the discussion.
