On february10,2012, our business seminar was successfully held.

The business seminar I held was held as scheduled. This seminar was held in the conference room on the fourth floor, presided over by songyifan, and attended by lawyers Xuyong, lijianjun, huxiaohua, Xie Enjie and other trainee lawyers. At this meeting, lawyer Xu Yong raised a personal tort case. All colleagues actively discussed and gave mature suggestions on the victim's responsibility for the accident. Caisuomin, a trainee lawyer, raised the issue of how to select the defendant when an employee is injured in a construction project. All colleagues had a heated discussion. At the meeting, a recent criminal case was also discussed. In view of how to better defend the parties, all lawyers spoke out their views, which played a great role in enlightening the handling lawyers. At the business seminar of our institute, everyone expressed their own views, actively discussed and achieved good results.
