The profession seminar was successfully held by Shandong Borui Law Firm on Jan. 6, 2012.The profession seminar was held as scheduled. The seminar was held at the conference room on the 4th Floor, presided over by Lawyer Hu Xiaohua, and attended by Lawyer Xu Yong, Lawyer Li Jianjun, Lawyer Guo Shaofeng, Lawyer Tan Lihong, Lawyer Kong Shufang, Lawyer Geng Haiying, Lawyer Chen Xiyang, Lawyer Sun Zongyi and other trainee lawyers. Lawyer Tan Lihong raised the issue of obtaining evidence for a person's personal tort case. All colleagues actively discussed it, gave their own suggestions, and had a heated discussion on how to refute the evidence. Each lawyers also presented their own cases at the seminar. We discussed with each other after each presentation, which achieved a good result.
We do appreciate for all the lawyers who have spared their own time to communicate with us, so that trainee lawyers had such a good opportunity to learn. Meanwhile, we do expect that the seminars-holding can make progress for the whole lawyers and trainee lawyers!
