On the afternoon of December 18, the 2019 Yangtze River Delta capital market service base annual meeting of "entering Shanghai Stock Exchange and embracing scientific innovation" was held in Shanghai Stock Exchange. The purpose of its establishment is to focus on the two strategic tasks of serving the Yangtze River Delta integration and the registration system of the science and innovation board, give full play to the agglomeration and radiation of the financial factor market, respond to the listing needs of enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta, get through the two factors of science and innovation resources and capital market, and build ten financial service functions covering the whole life cycle of science and innovation enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta.

The base pioneered the function of listing discovery and recommendation, widely collected the information of scientific and technological innovation enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta, strengthened the screening and recommendation mechanism of "hard technology" enterprises, established a reserve base of more than 3200 enterprises, and included qualified enterprises into the cultivation base and recommendation base, continued to track the operation of enterprises and pushed them to the Shanghai Stock Exchange in real time.

At the same time, the base system also pioneered the audit support function of the science and innovation board, established the enterprise portrait function covering the five dimensions of enterprise operation, administrative supervision and intellectual property, collected the government affairs data of local governments and industry experts' opinions, and ensured the quality of enterprises for the Shanghai Stock exchange.

The capital service base in the Yangtze River Delta can realize the synergy of industries in the Yangtze River Delta, break the waste of resources caused by the original separation of provinces and cities, and reflect the industrial advantages of different regions through integration. It is understood that at present, investment institutions such as Dachen, Shenzhen Venture Capital, Warburg Pincus, Qiming and Hillhouse, which rank top in the country, have joined the base.
