The reform of the rural collective property right system is a major event involving the basic rural management system and China's basic economic system. Recently, three provinces including Jilin, Jiangsu and Shandong, 50 prefectures and cities including Shijiazhuang in Hebei, and 150 counties (cities and districts) including Wuqing District in Tianjin have been identified as pilot units for the reform of the rural collective property right system in 2018, and the national reform pilot has been further expanded.

It is the first hard battle in the reform of the rural collective property right system to clear up the assets, verify the capital and find out the family background. The central government requires all localities to carry out the asset and capital verification, clarify the ownership relationship, manage the collective assets well, and basically complete the asset and capital verification requirements by the end of 2019.

In response to the requirements of the national rural collective property right system reform, at 9:40 this morning, Borui law firm organized a video conference for lawyers from Shanghai and Jinan to jointly discuss the rural collective property right system reform plan.
