In order to implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, accelerate the development of foreign-related legal services, accelerate the training of excellent foreign-related lawyers, and strive to build a foreign-related lawyer talent team that has an international vision, understands international legal rules, and is good at handling foreign-related legal affairs, Shandong Lawyers Association organized the establishment of the first batch of foreign-related lawyer leading talent pool, and encouraged foreign-related lawyers to promote the transformation and upgrading of Shandong legal services industry, Better serve the "the Belt and Road" strategy and make due contributions.

Recently, the Shandong lawyers' Association issued the Notice No. [2017] 8 issued by the Shandong lawyers' Association, which identified 40 lawyers to establish a leading talent pool of foreign lawyers in Shandong and serve as members of the lecturer group of foreign lawyers. Zuoqi, a lawyer of our institute, was selected as a member of the first batch of leading talent pool for foreign lawyers.
