On january10,2017, the training course for lawyers in the city to participate in letters and visits was held in Long'ao building to learn and convey the spirit of relevant documents of the province and Jinan City, analyze the current situation, strengthen the training and guidance for lawyers, and improve their ability to do a good job in letters and visits.

At the meeting, the relevant principals of the Municipal Bureau of letters and visits, the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Municipal Bureau of justice, in combination with the requirements of the relevant documents of the higher authorities and their respective work practices, gave targeted lectures to the selected lawyers and full-time and part-time mediators of the municipal departments directly under the central government who participated in the diversified solution of contradictions and disputes, provided theoretical support and specific guidance for the next step of relevant work, and benefited everyone.

It must be admitted that lawyers' involvement in the resolution of petition cases can not resolve contradictions and disputes immediately, but through their involvement, the power of the rule of law is playing a subtle role.

On the one hand, the Party committee and the government use the concept of governance and rule of law to govern;

On the other hand, the people no longer believe in the law in letters and visits, and it is better to make a fierce case than to file a lawsuit, as they used to do in the past. They are gradually able to make letters and visits according to law, reasonably express their demands, and seek solutions to problems and disputes through legal channels.

This is an important manifestation of the progress of social rule of law.
