On the morning of april28,2016, Jinan customs specially invited the intellectual property center of our institute to give a lecture on intellectual property law to its front-line inspectors and their subordinate eight customs. Quchengwu, director of the intellectual property center of our institute, gave a lecture on the theme of China's intellectual property customs protection system and typical cases, mainly including intellectual property customs protection system, typical cases of intellectual property customs protection In terms of the main problems existing in China's intellectual property customs protection system and the drawbacks of intellectual property customs protection, and in combination with the operating procedures for evidence discovery in intellectual property customs protection cases (Trial) formulated by the General Administration of customs, the procedural requirements for evidence discovery are explained in the form of typical cases, and the regional principles, big data analysis methods, and The applicable rules of trademark confusion principle. After the meeting, the lawyer team of the intellectual property center of the Institute had further exchanges with the leaders and staff of the customs laws and regulations department. Both sides hope to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the Customs Protection of intellectual property in the future.

As the youngest customs directly under the central government in China, it is responsible for the customs business of 9 cities in the East, central and west of Shandong Province, including Jinan, Tai'an, Laiwu, Zibo, Weifang, Dezhou, Binzhou, Liaocheng and Dongying.
