Chenruifu, male, born in 1966, is a first-class lawyer. He served as a member of Shandong Provincial senior lawyer review committee, a specially invited informant of Shandong provincial CPPCC, a member of Jinan arbitration committee, and a member of the central legislative affairs committee of the Democratic League of China.

He graduated from the law department of Peking University in 1987. From 1987 to 1993, he worked as a lawyer in the lawyer Management Office of Shandong Provincial Department of justice. From 1993 to 1996, he worked as a full-time lawyer in the Shandong Provincial lawyer affairs center directly under the Department of justice. From 1996 to July 2003, he worked in Shandong Mingyun law firm. From july2003 to the end of 2015, worked in Qilu law firm. In february2016, he joined Shandong Borui law firm as a senior partner. It has rich experience in corporate securities, criminal business, litigation and arbitration and other fields.

Wangxiaoyun, female, born in 1980. He graduated from English major of Heilongjiang University in 2004 and master of law of Shandong University in 2007. From the end of 2007 to may, 2013, worked in Shandong Borui law firm. From May, 2013 to December, 2015, worked in Shandong Quehua law firm. It has a solid professional foundation in foreign business. Now he has joined our institute.
