On September 1, the case of trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute between a pharmaceutical company in Shandong Province and a pharmaceutical company in Henan Province, which was represented by director Zhengyi and lawyer Zuo Qi, was heard in public in Henan Higher People's court.

Some deputies to the people's Congress of Henan Province, members of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference and counsellors of the Henan provincial government attended the trial. Eight media, including Netease, Tencent, Henan TV station, sunshine law, etc., conducted full tracking, interview and reporting.

The case went through many court sessions, and finally the two parties reached a mediation agreement under the mediation of Henan high court.

After the court, several reporters interviewed director Zhengyi and lawyer Zuo Qi. The collegial panel also spoke highly of the performance of director Zhengyi and lawyer Zuoqi, and believed that the two lawyers were well prepared, well versed in trademark law knowledge and rich in experience, showing a superb level of debate and the ability to grasp the trial.
