On the afternoon of July 28, the second instance of a trademark infringement dispute between a liquor product sales company in Qingdao (the appellant) and Yibin Wuliangye Co., Ltd. (the appellee) was held in Shandong Higher People's court. Shangguan Lanxiang, a young lawyer of our office, as the entrusted agent of Yibin Wuliangye Co., Ltd., attended the court proceedings.
