On April 18, the annual meeting and business seminar of the strategic development and Planning Committee of the provincial lawyers association was held in Jinan. Luan Shaohu, vice president of the provincial Lawyers Association and chairman of the strategic development and Planning Committee, presided over the meeting. Guan Yongnian, director of the legal management department of the provincial department, and gongzaikun, full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of the provincial Lawyers Association, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Ten members of the strategic development and Planning Committee of the provincial Lawyers Association attended the meeting.

At the meeting, I learned the spirit of the latest meeting of the 8th Council of the provincial Lawyers Association and reported the completion of relevant work, plan implementation and development planning. The content includes the work completion of the 2014 strategic development and Planning Committee, the implementation of the 2011-2015 development plan for the lawyer industry in Shandong Province, and the deployment of the drafting of the 2016-2020 development plan for the lawyer industry in Shandong Province. Zhengyi, director of Shandong Borui law office, vice chairman of the committee, briefed on the writing of the constraints and solutions for the development of the lawyer industry in Shandong Province.

In combination with the positioning and responsibilities of the strategic development and Planning Committee, the meeting discussed hot and difficult issues such as the large-scale development of the provincial lawyers' industry, the competitive advantages of local law firms, the development and management of individual law firms, lawyers' taxation, administrative management and the orderly development of the lawyers' industry, laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of the work of this year.

Main achievements of this meeting:

First, arrangements have been made for the work in 2015.

Second, by the end of May, complete the revision of the "constraints and solutions for the development of the lawyer industry in Shandong Province" and submit it to the next Standing Council of the provincial Lawyers Association for research.

Third, starting from August, the drafting of the 2016-2020 development plan for the lawyer industry in Shandong Province has been started in combination with the new problems and new data of the development of the lawyer industry in Shandong Province.

Fourthly, it discussed the implementation plan for the transformation and upgrading of the lawyer industry in our province, and put forward opinions and suggestions.
