Warm congratulations to director Zhengyi of our Institute for being selected as a member of Jinan municipal government's political and legal expert pool

On the afternoon of October 23, 2014, the appointment ceremony of the members of the first Jinan Municipal Government Legal Adviser expert pool was held in Long'ao building. The leaders of the municipal government, the people's governments of all counties (cities), the leaders of all departments of the municipal government and the members of the legal expert pool attended the meeting. Director Zhengyi of the Institute attended the meeting and was employed as a legal expert of the municipal government.

The establishment of the legal expert database by Jinan municipal government is an important measure and practical action for the municipal government to focus on the implementation of the strategy of governing the country according to law under the new situation, to comprehensively promote the administration according to law, to promote the government's legal, scientific and democratic decision-making, to further promote the standardization and institutionalization of the work of the CPPCC, and to realize the fulfillment of its duties according to law. At the hiring ceremony, yangluyu, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee and mayor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, introducing the construction of the legal adviser system in our city and emphasizing the following contents: 1. The importance of government legal advisers; 2. Give full play to the role of experts; 3. Highlight key and targeted work. In combination with the composition characteristics and work functions of the municipal government, the members of the legal expert pool of the municipal government will be selected from among legal experts, scholars and practicing lawyers. The expert pool will be updated every three years and will be dynamically managed.
