On october20,2014, director Zhengyi, director Chengwu of intellectual property department, lawyer Gong and his party held a discussion with director zhangxuguang, deputy director in charge of science and technology of Zibo High tech Zone Management Committee, director wujianhong and director Liu Peng of Zibo science and Technology Bureau to discuss strategic cooperation.

Director Zheng introduced the existing scale of the Institute and its business expertise in intellectual property. He could provide training in intellectual property such as trademarks, patents and copyrights for enterprises under the jurisdiction of the high tech Zone.
