On August 31, 2014, the inaugural meeting and academic report meeting of the enterprise bankruptcy and Restructuring Research Association of Shandong law society was successfully held in the Provincial College of judges. Liuping, the first president, the full-time member of the trial committee of Shandong Higher People's court, zhouyuhua, the honorary president, the former president of Shandong Higher People's court, wangxinxin, the honorary president, and the director of the bankruptcy law research center of Renmin University of China delivered speeches respectively; Jihuaimin, the executive vice president, made a report on the key points of the 2014 Shandong law society enterprise bankruptcy and Restructuring Research Association to the general assembly, and announced the list of elected directors, executive directors, secretary general and other members of the Council. After that, Liumin, the presiding judge of the second civil division of the Supreme People's court, made a wonderful academic report on the difficulties in accepting bankruptcy cases and their solutions, which analyzed the current situation of the people's court accepting bankruptcy cases and elaborated on the solution of the difficulties.
