At 10:00 a.m. on July 5, 2014, the Qilihe resort, where I was located, held a semi annual summary meeting. Present at the meeting were Zhengyi, director of Shandong Borui law firm, all practicing lawyers of the head office, lawyers of Zibo Branch, trainee lawyers and law firm administrators.
The theme of the meeting was to summarize the basic situation of the law firm's management and lawyer business in the first half of 2014 and make plans for the law firm's work in the second half of 2014. The meeting was presided over by wanginvent, executive director of the Institute.
The first process of the meeting was that the executive director wanginventor summarized the work of lawyers and law firms in the first half of 2014, and concluded that 2014 was a key year for our firm. In 2014, our firm vigorously implemented the strategy of strengthening the firm with talents, and successively introduced several excellent lawyers with rich practice experience, such as lawyer Qu Chengwu and lawyer Shang Yongwen, which will have an inestimable impact on the development of our firm. The meeting pointed out that in the first half of 2014, our lawyers' income reached a new high. At the same time, it also pointed out that some of our lawyers' income in the first half of 2014 was relatively small, but their overall development was good. Make plans for the second half of the year.
In the second process of the meeting, lawyer Zhengyi, the director of the law firm, made a concluding speech to affirm the work of the first half of 2014. Director Zheng summarized the work of the first half of 2014 mainly from the aspects of the law firm's brand construction and case handling quality control. At the same time, it is pointed out that 2014 will be an extraordinary year for us and a year of great achievements. It is emphasized that our practicing lawyers should pay attention to the quality of handling cases and improve their enthusiasm. In the future, we should be good at learning and summarizing in our work, and find our own strengths. We should cooperate with each other, work in teams, and give full play to the strength of the team.
In the third process of the meeting, the old lawyer, new practicing lawyer and trainee lawyer representatives of our firm summarized the lawyer's work. The lawyer representatives spoke actively and put forward very good ideas and suggestions on the construction of our firm and the lawyer's work.
The last process of the meeting is for all participants to formulate work objectives and plans for the second half of 2014.
